Release of v0.13.0.1

The first major release of the Absolute Core including Deterministic Masternodes.

This release includes transaction protocol updates which will allow for changes to how data is logged on the Absolute chain.

Other than allowing us to start using Deterministic related properties. This also allows us in start building API bridges in regards to data logging between the online configurator systems and the Absolute chain.

Implementation Plan

1. Wallets, Masternodes and Miners upgrade their nodes to the latest release
2. Using BIP9 miners will start voting on the deployment for DIP3, but only after they have seen enough MNs have upgraded (this is automated)
3. BIP9 requires a certain number of blocks have been mined, DIP3 will activate but stay in “compatibility mode”
4. When the network is in “compatibility mode”, all nodes will continue to get paid as normal
5. Once “compatibility mode” has started, Masternode owners are recommended to register their Deterministic Masternode using the Protx process.
6. Regisitered Masternode will continue to be paid in “compatibility mode” and will appear in “masternode list” as expected. All functions of Absoltue will continue to work as normal.
7. Full activation of Deterministic Masternodes will occur at block 970,000, after this all v12.2.5 and v12.3.1 nodes will be cut off from the network.

GUI changes

Masternodes tab has a new checkbox that should filter Masternode list by using keys stored in the wallet.
This should make it much easier for Masternode owners to find their Masternodes in the list.

RPC changes

There is a new RPC command getspecialtxes which returns an array of special transactions found in the specified block with different level of verbosity. Also, various Protx commands show extended help text for each parameter now (instead of referencing Protx register).

Hardened Spork15 value to 970000

We’ve hardened the spork15 block height to 970000, which makes sure that syncing from scratch will always work, no matter if spork15 is received in-time or not.
