      To create a predefined process which allows anyone to create their own products or designs based on set parameters available to them. These products or designs can optionally be logged in an independent form, allowing verification or validation of what they have created.

      Think back to the last time you bought a specific item at you had to look around for, whether that was online or in person. What did all of these items have in common? Your answer is more obvious as you think, since the way we have been sourcing and buying items has not changed in thousands of years. Common practice is that when you need an item for a certain purpose, you go to a shop and browse until you find something suitable. For some items this is perfectly acceptable but for others you might be thinking… OK this will have to do because I can’t find the perfect or correct item for me.

Your ability to source correct items is diminished because your specific need or individuality cannot be catered for in products that are “off the shelf”. Your next thought at this point is there another way I can get what I want? if I want something custom to suit my needs it will be very expensive and I’ll have to spend hours describing exactly what I want. On top of this you would have to find someone suitable for the job and hope the end result is exactly what you described to them.

This is where Absolute plans to develop this market. Recent technology has made it clear that in the future how we source and buy items will change. This is either to suit our needs better or to buy items that are produced by individuals and be more environmentally friendly due to their localised manufacture.

So exactly how is this possible? We develop and designs products using our online Configurator systems which allow you to alter designs in real time to suit your exact requirements. It’s a simple and easy way to quickly see how your designs will look, once complete we can offer you either a 3D model of the design so that you can construct the design yourself or pass your item to the Absolute Portal which will allow you pick from a range of cutting-edge fabrication companies who can make your design for you.

2. How will we deliver our goal?

      Online configurators will allow us give everyone within the Absolute portal the ability to create their own designs based on set ideas which can be developed from our community base. We can utilize both 2D and 3D configurators to meet this task. Both types of configurator have the ability to log the designs created on the Absolute blockchain. This allows either the design parameters or the geometric mesh to be hashed and then inserted into the next available block. Private Keys for the design can be assigned based on inserted meta data into the design file or physically modelled and stamped into the internal of the file itself.

      Designs will be produced or distributed in two ways. These can be described as either 2D or 3D. Let’s talk about these first
      1. 3D Designs
         The concept for 3D designs can be split again into two categories: configurable or non-configurable. Let first describe what these are:
         1. Configurable
            These designs are based on editable parametric variables, which control a designs shape. In other words, a design variable can be modified and in turn change and allow other sizes, items or assemblies to update based on this change. This means that with the correct configuration, designs can have thousands if not millions of variations within them.  This allows us to offer everyone the ability to create items which match their specific needs but can also be totally unique.
         2. Non-Configurable
            Described as an item or arrangement of items that cannot change. These can be categorised as a unique, finite or infinite in their quality. Designs are created and then sold in geometric form without any of the parametric features.

         Any design which can be created in 2D form, normally consider to be art work, graphic representations or schematical in nature. Again, designs can be split into two categories: configurable or non-configurable.
         1. Configurable
            These designs are based on editable values, fonts or graphics. They can be configured to produce patterns, text or artistic qualities which make them unique. This means that with the correct configuration, designs millions of variations within them.  This allows us to offer everyone the ability to create items which match their specific taste but can also be totally unique.
         2. Non-Configurable
            Described as an item or arrangement of items that cannot change. These can be categorised as a unique, finite or infinite in their quality. Designs are created and then sold in created form without any parametric parameters involved.

   2. Accessing the Configurator

      Once users have been logged on the portal, they can have access to the Configurator Class, this is a grouping on designs stamped at a certain revision point. After their design has been completed, they will have the option to save the design specification to our blockchain before it is exported to them in a virtual form.
